The Korenovsk district to present a profitable project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to contribute financially into the investment project on the construction of a blasting shop.

The municipality of the Korenovsk district plans to implement a project on the construction of a blasting shop. The operating shop will be able to process 4800 tons of steelwork (restored tubes) yearly. This service will be of demand among enterprises of the town of Korenovsk, Korenovsk and surrounding districts of Krasnodar region.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 12 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 8 new jobs.

A land plot of 7,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in, countryside Proletarskiy farm (Novoberezanskoe rural village). There is a local road, Centralnaya Street (10m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 11 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Korenovsk city is 26 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 86 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 27 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 98 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 296 km.
