The municipality will lease out a land plot for the construction of a multi-level car park.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 2,200 sq. m. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Suvorova Street (0.01 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 6 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 71 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk Station is 3.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 71 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 242 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Korenovsk district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
