Korenovsk district presents a promising investment project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to participate in the project on reconstruction of the recreation and leisure park in the city of Korenovsk.

It is expected that the recreation and leisure park will be reconstructed and put into operation in the city and within the framework of the project it is planned to organize an activity of the shopping complex. The expected line of activity – provision of recreation services to the community of the city, residents of Korenovsk and adjacent areas of Krasnodar region. The successful implementation of the project will enable to provide high-quality services to 223,200 visitors on an annual basis.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 213 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 130 new jobs.

A land plot of 54,931 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Korenovsk city. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 68 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Korenovsk is 6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 87 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 282 km.
