The Korenovsk district to offer an investment attractive land plot for industrial site

The municipality offers a land plot for industrial site.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Korenovsk city . There is a local road, Krasnodarskaya Street( 150 m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 63 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 73 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 243 km.

The site is in the property of Korenovskoe urban settlement, with the Korenovskoe urban settlement as a right holder. The investors are offered to buy out the land plot.  At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 100 m, to the water system is 600 m, to the gas supply system is 600 m, and to the sewage system is 400 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 2.3 million rubles.
