The Korenovsk district to present a promising project in the processing industry

The municipality offers to invest into the construction of a leather-dressing enterprise.

The enterprise on processing genuine leather is expected to be built in the farmstead Babiche-Korenovsk (Krasnodar region). The production on processing genuine leather with annual estimated capacity of 92 tons of leather articles will be set up here. The products will be of demand among field-specific enterprises of Krasnodar region. 

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 16 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 20,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Babich-Korenovskiy farm. There is a local road, Sovetskaya Street (0.8km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Korenovsk city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Korenovsk is 9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 81 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 268 km.
